• process and judge your application (including confidential jury review of video submissions)

• communicate about the competition (entries, results, events)

• handle payments

• keep the site running smoothly and secure

Video submissions (links or recordings) are reviewed confidentially by the jury and organizers for evaluation purposes only. We do not make them public without your permission.

Videos are kept securely and retained only as long as needed for competition records.We share your data only when necessary: with jury/organizers for evaluation, payment providers for transactions, and trusted service providers (hosting/analytics) under strict confidentiality.

We never sell your information.
